Finishing: from applying powder coating to rounding

After all this processing, our services then go even further. Stud welding, sanding, drumming, polishing or epoxy powder coating: just tell us what you want.

We use two machines for finishing metal products:

Steelmaster

The Steelmaster is a wet-operating machine equipped with one abrasive belt and a double row of top brushes and a dryer. The cut edges of laser-cut components can be somewhat rounded and it is also possible to remove the oxide skin. Grinding and brushing stainless steel and aluminium are possible too. The maximum working width is 950mm.

Spiratron

We have a Spiratron for rounding off smaller products. The eccentric balance of its engine creates spiral-shaped movements of the mass (chips and components). After treatment, the products are automatically separated from the chips using various separation methods.
