Laser cutting: custom metal processing and sheet processing

The core activity of Wolswinkel Lasertech is laser cutting, using new machines and modern techniques. From extremely thin spectacle frames to rear axles for trucks and everything in between: we can make it for you. Whatever type of sheet metal you want us to process, our professionals will think it through with you - co-design and re-design. We are extremely flexible and always on the lookout for ways to improve products, combining the techniques that we have available in-house with our know-how. As well as laser cutting, we can carry out the entire working process for you, such as punch-nibbling, bending/folding, welding, assemblyand/or painting and powder-coating.

Our laser-cutting machine: the Trumpf TruLaser 5060

We can provide laser-cutting services for your materials using a machine with the following characteristics:

• single cutting head strategy with automatic nozzle changer
• automatic sheet changer, up to 4 x 2m
• maximum sheet dimensions: 6 x 2m
• maximum cutting thickness: 25mm steel, 25mm stainless steel, 12mm aluminium
• LiftMaster for unmanned operation

Laser-cutting with nitrogen

We can cut steel products up to a sheet thickness of 10mm under nitrogen. This method of sheet processing gives a bright cut edge, avoiding adhesion problems for epoxy powder-coating. Our TruLaser5060 is able to fly cut, which greatly shortens cutting times for thin lines of up to 3mm.

The best possible calculation and logistics routing

For laser-cutting, we use a software package, specially customised for us, that handles the calculation and the logistical routing (in which personal contact is the key). We use the laser manufacturer’s software for the cutting programs. This software is regularly updated, which gives a lot of advantages in terms of the preparations and the technology. Our working procedures guarantee optimum manning and operation of the laser cutting machine. To make sure that the process remains clear for you and our staff, all laser-cut components are given a sticker stating information that is relevant to you and us.
