Punching/nibbling: this machine is highly versatile

Producing components with this machine offers a lot of advantages. We can apply deformations, such as screw holes and ventilation grids, as well as screw tapping in sizes from M2 to M10 all in the same step. The punch-nibbling machine can even be used to deburr your products.

On top of that, we can also do nibbling with a multi-shear technique, which ensures an almost smooth nibbled edge. If required, we can round it off too using a special tool, which will make the products hand-friendly. (Think of products for the catering industry, etc.) Ultimately, this offers large benefits over laser-cutting for thinner materials.

This makes the pricing attractive too because the sheet master can automatically stack the products on pallets, so that this no longer requires manual work.

Furthermore, this TruPunch5000 has an active lower die. This extends its processing options even more. This die makes it possible to create bends up to a maximum of 90mm wide and 25mm. This active bottom die ensures products that are punched can be delivered scratch-free.
