Laser cutting
The fact that laser cutting is our core activity means that we use the very latest laser technology and that we can provide support in the form of co-design. The small size of the company and flat organisation make us extremely flexible.
Calculation
A custom-made software package is used for calculation and logistics routing. For the cutting programmes use is made of the software supplied by the laser manufacturer that is regularly updated, which has a great many benefits in terms of both preparation and technology. The working method described here ensures optimum utilisation of capacity. To keep things simple internally and for our clients, a sticker with relevant data is stuck onto every component.
Nitrogen
Steel products can be cut with nitrogen on the 4000 Watt and the 6000 Watt to and including 10 mm sheet thickness, which results in a smooth cutting edge that excludes adherence problems when using epoxies. The 3050-6000Watt is also equipped with fly-cut, and these parameters significantly reduce the cutting time for the thin range to and including 3mm.
Other disciplines
Despite the fact that laser cutting is one of our core activities we can also perform other disciplines for you including squaring and welding (with or without robot), application of epoxy and assembly.
